The 3rd Annual Pastor Thomas Lee Stanton Virtual Oratorical Contest was established to encourage graduates who are continuing their higher learning journey. Pastor Stanton had a passion for young people and lifelong learning. He and his wife, Dr. MJ, along with the leadership team of C-WIT International Ministries have always wanted to sponsor an oratorical contest before his death October 16, 2020. The inaugural book scholarship in 2022 was a great success and $2250 in scholarships were awarded! In 2023 the awards totaled $2500 in scholarships. This year $3,000 will be awarded:1st place $1,300, 2nd place $975 3rd place $725

The 3rd Annual Pastor Thomas Lee Stanton Virtual Oratorical Contest Book Scholarship was established in honor of Pastor Stanton, who wanted to encourage high school graduates to continue their education. Pastor Stanton had a passion for young people and lifelong learning. His wife, Dr. MJ Stanton, has partnered with their Church, Leadership Institute and real estate firm to bring his dream to reality. If you are a 2024 high school graduate, registered at a university, college, junior college, technical or trade school, please register below for consideration.
